By accessing or using the website located at aviationassistant.net (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") with AeroworksAI, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
About Flight Assistant
Flight Assistant is a service provided by AeroworksAI, Inc. We provide operational assistance to corporate flight departments. The Site is for informational purposes only and describes our services at a general level. Access to Flight Assistant's services is available by invitation only and is governed by separate agreements between AeroworksAI, Inc. and the client organization.
No Public Enrollment
Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to provide services, solicit business, or create a client relationship. We do not accept service requests or applications through the Site.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of AeroworksAI, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AeroworksAI, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Changes to These Terms

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.
